At this time, we do not take orders online and we do not ship orders.  All orders are for local (Hernando, MS) delivery only.  We are a Cottage Food Operation and selling online is prohibited.  Please see the following question for more information about Cottage Food Law.

We don't mind this because we want to get to speak with our customers personally.  I want to make sure I can artistically translate your vision for your cookies.  We do have an online Custom Cookie Request Form to get things started for your order, and we will have special order request forms for limited holiday cookies. We can process electronic payments online through our secure payment link.

A Cottage Food Operation is an enterprise that sells certain homemade food items directly to the public following the Cottage Food Law of the seller’s state. Cottage foods must be made in a home kitchen and stored in a domestic residence following the safe food handling guidelines outlined in the Retail Food Code to prevent adulteration caused by insects, household chemicals, water damage, unsanitary conditions, and so forth. All of our products are produced in a home kitchen containing known food allergens, including but not limited to: wheat, eggs, milk, soy, peanuts, tree nuts and various fruits. We do anticipate offering gluten free items eventually. Recipes and cross-contamination protocols are in development!

We do not ship any items by mail, or any other shipping method. One of the restrictions of Cottage Food Law is that we can only sell within the state of Mississippi. We do offer free delivery to our local community.

Our cookies are baked fresh right before the delivery date, no matter how far in advance an order is place. All cookies are vacuum sealed and placed snug and protected in a beautiful delivery box. Exposure to liquid, light, and air will change the cookie color and consistency. Please place the cookies in an air-tight, sealed container if you are not using them right away. Frosted sugar cookies are good left at room temperature for up to 3 weeks, but we suggest eating them within a few days for the best experience.

Since your product is a custom made food product, we can not accept returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations. All sales are final. If there is a problem, we want to know! Please contact us by clicking below ~

Copyright images (think Star Wars and Peppa Pig) are protected and I won’t be able to replicate them with baked goods (who wants a cookie controversy, right?). We can make a similar color palette to match the aesthetic and keep it legal!  You may have spotted a few character cookies on my Facebook page or in our photo gallery, but these were not sold to customers. They were gifts to my grandchildren for their birthdays.

We welcome the challenge! We will have custom cookie cutters 3D printed for our customers for no additional charge. We are always growing our collection of cookie cutters so that we can offer a diverse variety of cookies. If you can dream it, we will get it made! Just ask. 

Most of the time, the answer is, “Yes!” Since we make each order fresh, changes are not usually a problem. We can make design, color, or flavor changes up to 3 days before delivery, as long as a custom cutter is not required. Simply contact us via the link below ~
